Primary 5 National Education Show

Our Primary 5 students came together for an exciting and memorable National Education Show, immersing themselves in the vibrant sights, sounds and energy. From the spectacular performances to the shared excitement of celebrating Singapore with their peers, students experienced first-hand the spirit of National Day. The experience provided opportunities for them to learn more about Singapore’s journey as a nation, appreciate the progress we have made together, and reflect on how they can play their part in shaping Singapore’s future. More than just a celebration, the NE Show strengthened our students’ sense of pride, belonging and appreciation for the nation they call home.

P4 Museum-based Learning@ Kreta Ayer Heritage Gallery

As part of their Social Studies learning, Primary 4 students visited the Kreta Ayer Heritage Gallery for an immersive museum-based learning experience. Through guided fieldwork, students explored the history of Kreta Ayer and gained a deeper appreciation of the rich cultural practices of the Chinese community in Singapore, including Chinese Opera, Chinese Puppetry, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Tea and Nanyin Music. Students also discovered the real-life stories of prominent members of the Kreta Ayer community and learned about their contributions to nation-building. The experience enabled students to connect the past with the present and appreciate the diverse cultural heritage that contributes to Singapore’s multicultural identity.

Racial Harmony Day 2026

The Racial Harmony Day 2026 commemoration, themed “Our People, Our Tapestry,” sought to deepen students’ appreciation of Singapore’s rich multicultural heritage. Through a range of meaningful activities and shared experiences, students developed a greater understanding of the importance of mutual respect, empathy and appreciation for one another’s cultures. These experiences reinforced the significance of racial harmony in fostering social cohesion and building a caring, inclusive and united Singapore.

Mother Tongue Languages (MTL) Fortnight

The Mother Tongue Languages (MTL) Fortnight provides students with authentic and engaging learning experiences to deepen their appreciation of their Mother Tongue Languages and the rich cultures they represent. Through a diverse range of cultural activities, students develop greater interest and confidence in using their Mother Tongue Languages while strengthening their understanding of and connection to their cultural heritage.
